Mahogany @ Galapagos Art Space, Friday, Feb. 16th

Pictures only for this one, folks. Mahogany played a short but very good set, and I didn’t see any of the opening bands…

I know… I’m stealing everything from Ear Farm. These are actually your pictures. I snuck into your house and took your camera. Sorry.

I’ll have a listen to the tunes when I get home, but you have a new header!

Yes, I do! I spent the better part of Saturday working on it, which is why I didn’t get a Lost MP3 of the week up over the weekend :-x

The songs are good – I’ll be interested to hear what you think. They’re very dream-pop, if you’re into that.

“Soleil Radieux” reminded me of Juliee Cruise’s stuff (she sang vocals on the Twin Peaks soundtrack). Except, the music was more upbeat. I loved the extra long intro on the song. It added the right amount of “quirky” to the mix.

Sadly, I can’t download the m4a. It just downloads a txt file.
